Job Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for formulating and executing the company's global sales strategy, coordinating business collaboration and customer development across the Hong Kong headquarters, Cambodia manufacturing base, and mainland support team. This position drives the group's transformation from an OEM/ODM manufacturer to a high-end proprietary brand and full supply chain service platform, while ensuring efficient and smooth cross-regional operations, providing a core driving force for the company's sustainable profit growth goals.
 
Main Responsibilities

1. Sales and Strategic Planning

Develop annual sales plans and market strategies, ensuring alignment with the group's overall development goals;
Promote Hong Kong's function as an international business hub, optimizing export layout to the US and globally;
Ensure continuous improvement in profit margins and sales volume through data-driven sales analysis and market insights.
 
2. Cross-Regional Coordination and Management

Coordinate business, production, and supply chain collaboration across mainland China, Hong Kong, and Cambodia;
Coordinate cross-border team communication mechanisms to ensure efficient project execution from order placement to delivery;
Establish standardized processes and information synchronization systems between regions to promote resource integration and efficiency improvement.
Market Expansion and Customer Management
Strengthen customer relationships in the US and major export markets, and explore new channels and strategic partners;
Promote brand internationalization and the integration of online and offline marketing;
Participate in key customer negotiations, contract signing, and after-sales management to ensure long-term stable cooperation.
 
4. Team Leadership and Organizational Development

Establish and lead the Hong Kong sales and business team;
Guide the collaboration between the Cambodian and mainland China sales support teams, and establish a cross-cultural management mechanism;
Implement talent development programs to enhance the team's international business expansion and customer management capabilities.
 
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Strategic Support

Maintain close collaboration with the finance, production, design, and supply chain teams;
Participate in group strategy meetings, providing market forecasts and performance analysis;
Support the long-term development of the Hong Kong headquarters' international business and management functions.

1. 销售与战略规划

l  制定年度销售计划及市场策略,确保与集团整体发展目标一致;
l  推动香港作为国际商务枢纽的职能,优化对美及全球出口布局;
l  通过数据驱动的销售分析与市场洞察,确保利润率与销售额持续提升。
 
2. 跨区域协调与管理

l  统筹内地、香港与柬埔寨多地的商务、生产与供应链协作;
l  协调跨境团队沟通机制,确保项目从订单到交付高效执行;
l  建立区域间的标准化流程与信息同步体系,促进资源整合与效率提升。

3. 市场拓展与客户管理

l  巩固美国及主要出口市场客户关系,开拓新渠道与战略合作伙伴;
l  推动品牌国际化建设与线上线下营销融合;
l  参与重点客户谈判、合同签订与售后管理,确保长期合作稳定。

4. 团队领导与组织发展

组建并带领香港销售及商务团队;
指导柬埔寨与内地销售支持团队协作,建立跨文化管理机制;
实施人才培养计划,提升团队国际业务拓展与客户管理能力。
 
5. 跨部门协作与战略支持

与财务、生产、设计及供应链团队保持紧密协同;
参与集团战略会议,提供市场预测与业绩分析;
支持香港总部在国际商务与管理职能上的长远建设。
